MyDeadline 隐私政策
MyDeadline 不要求注册账户，不包含广告，不出售个人数据，也不进行跨 App 跟踪。除你主动使用语音创建时发送的数据外，任务、Deadline、规划、类别和大多数设置均在你的设备上处理。
本地数据与自动备份
你的任务、Deadline、规划、类别和相关设置保存在 App 的本地容器或 App Group 中，并可与 MyDeadline 小组件和配对的 Apple Watch 共享，以提供你主动使用的同步与展示功能。
为便于恢复数据，MyDeadline 会在数据保存时自动在 App 的 Documents 目录生成带时间戳的 .mydeadline 备份；你也可以主动导出或创建文件备份。由于 App 开启了文件共享，这些文件可在“文件”App 的“我的 iPhone/iPad > MyDeadline”中查看，也可能按你的系统备份设置进入设备备份。
删除 App 内的任务或语音记录不会自动删除已经生成的文件备份。你可以在“文件”App 中单独删除备份；卸载 App 前如需彻底移除数据，请同时检查并删除已导出的文件和备份副本。
语音创建与第三方 AI
语音创建是可选功能，在你主动启用前保持关闭。启用并主动使用时：
- 麦克风音频会经 MyDeadline 的 Cloudflare Worker 转发至阿里云百炼 Qwen-Audio 3.0 ASR Flash Streaming，用于将语音转换为文字。
- 识别文本、可选类别和固定模型标识会经该 Worker 发送至 DeepSeek V4 Flash，用于生成可编辑的结构化草稿。
- 录音产生的临时文件会在识别请求结束后从 App 临时目录删除。
- 语音创建记录默认在本机保留 30 天，你可以在设置中修改保留时间或立即清空。
MyDeadline 的 Worker 不会把音频、识别文本或类别写入应用数据库。阿里云百炼、DeepSeek 和 Cloudflare 可能按照各自政策处理或保留为完成请求所必需的数据。请勿在语音中提供完成事项创建所不需要的敏感个人信息。
匿名安装标识与服务日志
为执行每月 20 次语音创建限额，App 会在钥匙串中生成并保存一个随机安装标识，并随用量查询、语音识别和语义解析请求发送。该标识不包含姓名、邮箱、电话号码、广告标识符或 Apple 账户信息，也不用于广告、跨 App 跟踪或用户画像。
Worker 的 D1 数据库仅保存该标识、月份、累计次数和更新时间。现有服务不会自动删除这些用量记录；记录会保留至开发者执行清理或处理你的删除请求。由于该标识不与账户或联系方式绑定，开发者可能无法仅凭姓名或邮箱定位某条记录，必要时会提供进一步的识别步骤。
Cloudflare Workers 的调用日志可能记录请求方法、路径、响应状态、时间和相关运行元数据，用于安全排查与服务稳定性，并可能由 Cloudflare 保留最多 7 天。MyDeadline 不会主动把语音音频或识别文本写入自定义日志。
数据用途与第三方共享
发送至第三方的数据仅用于语音识别、生成可编辑草稿、执行使用限额、保障安全和维持服务运行。MyDeadline 不将这些数据用于广告、营销、数据经纪、跨 App 跟踪或与第三方数据合并建立用户画像。
开发者要求相关服务提供商仅为提供上述功能而处理数据，并提供与本政策及适用平台要求一致的保护；如果服务商无法满足这些要求，MyDeadline 将停止向其发送新的用户数据。第三方服务可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理数据，具体地点、期限和权利受其公开政策及适用法律约束。
安全措施
MyDeadline 使用加密的 HTTPS 或 WebSocket 连接传输语音和文本请求。DeepSeek 与阿里云百炼的服务密钥只保存在服务器端，不包含在 App 中。App 会限制请求大小和可接受字段，但任何网络传输或本地存储都无法保证绝对安全。
保留、删除与撤回同意
你可以随时关闭语音创建、在系统设置中撤销麦克风权限、修改或清空本机语音记录，并删除 App 内创建的任务、Deadline、规划和类别。关闭语音创建后，麦克风按钮会隐藏，App 不会再发送新的音频或识别文本。
文件备份和已导出的副本需要在“文件”App 或其保存位置单独删除。若要请求删除服务器端匿名用量记录，或咨询数据处理问题，请通过 App 设置中的“联系开发者”或下方邮箱联系我们。第三方已经处理的数据需依其隐私政策行使相关权利。
儿童隐私
MyDeadline 不专门面向儿童，不主动收集年龄，也不会要求用户提供姓名、学校或监护人信息。请勿让儿童在语音创建中提交不必要的个人信息。
政策更新与联系
如果数据处理方式发生实质变化，MyDeadline 会更新本政策和生效日期，并在需要时重新取得你的同意。对本政策、数据删除或安全问题有疑问，请发送邮件至 2705865526@qq.com。
第三方隐私政策
MyDeadline Privacy Policy
MyDeadline does not require an account, contains no advertising, does not sell personal data, and does not engage in cross-app tracking. Except for data sent when you actively use Voice Creation, tasks, Deadlines, plans, categories, and most settings are processed on your device.
Local data and automatic backups
Your tasks, Deadlines, plans, categories, and related settings are stored in the app's local container or App Group. They may be shared with MyDeadline widgets and your paired Apple Watch to provide synchronization and display features that you choose to use.
To help you restore data, MyDeadline automatically creates timestamped .mydeadline backups in the app's Documents directory when data is saved. You can also export data or create a file backup manually. Because file sharing is enabled, these files are available in Files under On My iPhone/iPad > MyDeadline and may be included in device backups according to your system backup settings.
Deleting tasks or voice history inside the app does not automatically delete previously generated file backups. You can delete backups separately in Files. To remove data thoroughly before uninstalling MyDeadline, also check and delete exported files and backup copies.
Voice Creation and third-party AI
Voice Creation is optional and disabled until you choose to enable it. When enabled and actively used:
- Microphone audio is relayed through MyDeadline's Cloudflare Worker to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio's Qwen-Audio 3.0 ASR Flash Streaming to convert speech into text.
- The resulting transcript, available categories, and fixed model identifier are sent through the Worker to DeepSeek V4 Flash to generate an editable structured draft.
- Temporary recording files are removed from the app's temporary directory after the recognition request ends.
- Voice Creation history is stored locally for 30 days by default. You can change the retention period or clear it in Settings.
The MyDeadline Worker does not write audio, transcripts, or categories to its application database. Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, DeepSeek, and Cloudflare may process or retain data necessary to service a request under their respective policies. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for creating an item.
Anonymous installation identifier and service logs
To enforce the monthly limit of 20 voice creations, the app generates and stores a random installation identifier in the Keychain and sends it with usage, speech-recognition, and semantic-parsing requests. It contains no name, email address, phone number, advertising identifier, or Apple Account information and is not used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or user profiling.
The Worker's D1 database stores only this identifier, the month, the usage count, and the update time. The current service does not automatically delete these usage records; they remain until the developer performs cleanup or handles your deletion request. Because the identifier is not linked to an account or contact details, the developer may be unable to locate a specific record using only a name or email address and may need to provide additional identification steps.
Cloudflare Workers invocation logs may record the request method, path, response status, time, and related runtime metadata for security troubleshooting and service reliability, and Cloudflare may retain them for up to seven days. MyDeadline does not intentionally write voice audio or transcripts to custom logs.
Data use and third-party sharing
Data sent to third parties is used only for speech recognition, generating an editable draft, enforcing usage limits, maintaining security, and operating the service. MyDeadline does not use it for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, cross-app tracking, or combining it with third-party data to build user profiles.
The developer requires relevant service providers to process data only to provide these functions and to provide protections consistent with this policy and applicable platform requirements. If a provider cannot meet those requirements, MyDeadline will stop sending new user data to it. Third-party services may process data outside your country or region; processing locations, retention periods, and available rights are governed by their published policies and applicable law.
Security measures
MyDeadline transmits voice and text requests over encrypted HTTPS or WebSocket connections. DeepSeek and Alibaba Cloud service keys remain on the server and are not included in the app. The app restricts request sizes and accepted fields, but no network transmission or local storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Retention, deletion, and withdrawing consent
You can disable Voice Creation, revoke microphone access in System Settings, change or clear local voice history, and delete tasks, Deadlines, plans, and categories created in the app. Disabling Voice Creation hides the microphone button and prevents new audio or transcripts from being sent.
File backups and exported copies must be deleted separately in Files or wherever you saved them. To request deletion of server-side anonymous usage records or ask about data processing, use Contact Developer in the app's Settings or email us below. Rights regarding data already processed by third parties must be exercised under their respective privacy policies.
Children's privacy
MyDeadline is not directed specifically to children, does not actively collect age, and does not require a name, school, or guardian information. Children should not submit unnecessary personal information through Voice Creation.
Policy updates and contact
If MyDeadline materially changes its data practices, this policy and its effective date will be updated, and your consent will be requested again where required. For questions about this policy, data deletion, or security, email 2705865526@qq.com.
